Return refund policy

Zopo Mart is always known for the best quality product and best price in India. At the Zopo Mart platform we launch after that all product which is finally QC checked by our specialist.

1. If You want to return of refund. Please contact Zopo Mart Customer Care.When you contact Zopo Mart care please keep your order id and delivery slip with you, that can we help you better.

2. If you found any Damage or Defect, you have to register complain us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Please note when you request for return or refund you have specific reason to do. if customer said that he does not like this product, product fabrics is not good or size does not fit, in that case we check the detail of product and if the product is not same as describe we will raise the case either not.

4. In any case of return, replace or refund all delivery charge is on customer.

5. We are proving the shipping services to the all of loving resellers. After dispatch resellers/customers has to track the shipment. And it will be delivered at the same date as describe by shipping partner. Please do not raise any case before delivery date.

6. Refund money will initiate in the buyer bank account in next 2 days of approval of refund.Only product price will be refunded. Shipping charge will not be refunded. Refund will be initiated only after we get product at our warehouse.

7. Zopo Mart has all authority to change policy and terms final Decision is on Company that all have to approve.
